Phoenix welcomed Senior Biden-Harris Administration officials, academic experts, labor representatives, and TSMC, NXP Semiconductors, Spirit Electronics, and Intel Corporation leadership, announcing multiple initiatives to cultivate the next generation of semiconductor industry talent.
