For more than 50 years, Phoenix Sister Cities has built relationships with communities around the world, creating opportunities for cultural exchange, economic connections, educational programs, and international goodwill.</div><div><br></div><div>“The Double Ten Festival is more than a celebration, it’s a bridge between cultures,” said Wen Chyi Chiu, Chair of the Phoenix Sister Cities Taipei Committee. “Through food, music, and shared traditions, we bring our community together to honor Taiwan’s heritage and highlight the deep friendship between Taipei and Phoenix. It’s an evening where neighbors can experience the richness of Taiwanese culture right here in their community.”</div><div><br></div><div>The Taipei Committee plays a vital role in promoting the strong bond between Phoenix and its sister city, Taipei, Taiwan. Each year, committee members and volunteers collaborate to present the Double Ten Festival as a way to showcase Taiwanese culture, strengthen community ties, and celebrate the friendship between Phoenix and Taipei.
