He is a longtime aerospace leader who previously served as CEO of Virgin Orbit and spent more than three decades at Boeing, including as Vice President of Government Satellite Systems. Hart is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, and serves on the National Academies Space Studies Board.
